oh my goodness I forgot to tell you that during my driving lesson last week I kept forgetting to turn off my brights for oncoming vehicles
after like the 5th time my instructor (who is a religious catholic btw) just kind of light-heartedly joked, “Don’t worry, you’re technically anonymous so I don’t think he’ll try to pull you over and give you grief.”
to which I replied, super fucking casually, “That’s good to hear, I didn’t want to kill a man tonight.”
AND NO HA-HAS TO FOLLOW FROM HIS SIDE OF THE CAR
